Tadka here is the medicine, we have spices and chili cooked in ghee. I list them in the video.

Mung bean is one of the most neutral and healing beans in ayurveda, sprouting makes it most alive and bio-available, soak for one day and drain - wait for sprouts to show prior to cooking.

I like to add some tomato and finish off with amchoor(green mango powder) and garam masala spice mix. This is done toward the end of the alchemical process.
