1 oz TRIDOSHIC (balancing for all constitutions) Nasya tailam base of organic sesame oil with bacopa, calamus (vacha), tulsi, sandalwood, nutmeg, hardidra, and piper nigrum.
Sesame is the most penetrative oil and works as a wonderful vehicle for this
Directions: apply 2-4 drops in each nostril laying down head back 45 degrees; allow 1 min for absorption and sniff.
Do not take if pregnant or menstruating. Do not take after vigorous activity or within 1 hour of meal or shower. Do not take if you have a fever.
