Rasa is the concept of taste (there are 6) and it also refers to our plasma and the juice of plants.

The tastier food is, the more it will be aligned with our plasma. This is the first tissue before blood that food is converted into. When we can intentionally inform our plasma this way, it becomes medicine.

This is the nature of my practice when I work with my patients.
